An Update to How You Request a Routine Care Appointment Online

From 1st October 2025, you can request routine care appointments any time of day using our updated online forms.

You can request appointments for:

Health Checks & Screening

·        NHS Health Check (aged 40–74)

·        Cervical screening (smear test)

·        6-week postnatal check

·        Annual learning disability health check

Prevention & Lifestyle

·        Pre-travel appointment

·        Smoking cessation

Long-Term Condition Reviews

·        Asthma

·        COPD

·        Diabetes

·        High blood pressure

Medication Reviews

·        General

·        Hormone replacement therapy (HRT)

·        Contraception

Vaccinations

·        Shingles

·        Flu

·        COVID

·        Childhood immunisations

How it works:

1.      Visit our online form ‘I have an admin or routine care request’ which is open all day.

2.      Select the reason for your appointment. Our new feature ‘Routine care appointment’

3.      Select the appointment type you request and we’ll contact you. We aim to reply to within 2 working days.

This updated system helps us manage routine care safely and ensures you can get the right appointment efficiently.
